Export data

The script creates and emails an HTML report on business rules, custom commands, scheduled reports and scheduled tasks available in Adaxes. To execute the script, create a scheduled task configured for the Domain object type and add a managed domain to the Activity Scope of the task. The domain will only be used to trigger execution of the scheduled task.

Parameters

  • $enabledObjectsOnly - set to $true for the report to only include enabled objects.
  • $saveToFile - set to $true to save the report to a file.
  • $sendMail - set to $true to deliver the report via email.
  • $filePath - the path to the HTML file that will be created. This variable is taken into account only if the $saveToFile variable is set to $true.
  • $to - a comma-separated list of the email notification recipients.
  • $subject - the email notification subject.
  • $reportHeader - the report header.
  • $reportFooter - the report footer.
  • $configurationObjectInfos - the types of objects to include into the report.

    Is there a way to include info about what server the task is set to run on?

      What exactly do you mean? Do you want to include the host name of the Adaxes service the script is executed on? Where exactly do you need the data to be added?

        Yes, I am taking an inventory of all my scheduled tasks and what server they are set to execute on and I wanted to try to export that as well.

          Thank you for the clarification. We updated the script accordingly. Now the output will contain the service scheduled tasks and report scheduled tasks are configured to run on. Please, clear browser cache and recopy the script.

      Do we understand correctly that you need to filter out disabled business rules, custom commands, scheduled tasks and scheduled reports or only disabled scheduled tasks should be filtered out?
